When applying for naturalization in Japan, in addition to the documents required in Japan, certain documents must also be obtained from Nepal.
Main Documents Required from Nepal Certificate of Nationality This document certifies that the applicant holds Nepali nationality.
Marriage Certificate
The applicant’s marriage certificate is required, along with the parents’ marriage certificate.
Birth Certificate
The applicant’s birth certificate is required, as well as those of the applicant’s siblings.
Family Relationship Certificate
A key document that verifies the applicant’s family composition in a single record with photographs.
Important Notes All documents must be submitted together with a Japanese translation. For clients who entrust us with their naturalization application, we provide Japanese translations free of charge.
